Beds and bedrooms

The bedrooms

La Conca’s own figures for each villa. The beds in each room are still to be confirmed, so the model draws every bedroom the same and numbers none. We’ll sort out who sleeps where and tell you which villa you’re in nearer the time.

About the model

What is real

  • Where the villas, outbuildings, pools, lanes and meadows are, from OpenStreetMap
  • The hills, the valley and the ridges to the west, from EU-DEM terrain data
  • Pool sizes, the salone, the kitchens, the old stable and the covered terrace, from La Conca
  • Each villa’s bedrooms, bathrooms and how many it sleeps, from La Conca
  • When the sun sets at the end of May, worked out for this hillside

What is a guess

  • Storeys, heights and roofs: no floor plan is public, so the houses and outbuildings are drawn simply
  • Where each room sits inside a house. Every bedroom is drawn the same, with one bed, because the beds in each room are not public
  • The furniture and decor inside, drawn in the style of the listing photos to show how it could look
  • Exactly where Santarsa’s new pool sits: the map may still show the old one
  • Which side of Santarsa’s pool the covered terrace is on
  • Where Vallorsaia’s wood oven and covered terrace stand, and where Santarsa’s cars park: each is drawn on a likely spot, marked Approximate spot
  • Which building is the chapel: probably the little stone one by Santarsa’s pool, marked Probably
  • Trees, furniture and fences, which set the scene

The How it could look button adds ideas seen at other weddings at La Conca, like string lights and one long table. They are ideas, not our plan: nothing here shows how the weekend itself will be set up, and the ceremony’s spot and time are not decided, so the model does not mark them.
